1. Submit Property Details
Get started by importing your Airbnb listings or complete our simple property details form for your house, apartment, vacation home BNB or hotel. Let us know what sources you are listed on already so we can synch your calendars automatically.
2. Set & adjust your rates
Login to our portal to manage your bookings from all sources in one place. Here you will manage your nightly rates, additional fees and minimum stay requirements. We advertise your property on new sources with the rates you set & charge a service fee to the new guests we bring you to cover our costs.
3. We get you bookings
We will market your property with a selection of our 30+ booking sources. Exposing your property to 100+ million visitors a month. When we get you a new bookings your calendar will be updated automatically on all sources.
4. We Pay You
On sources where we collect payment, we pay you your nightly rate & additional fees less the commission charged by the source. Source commissions range by source and region from (3-20%). Booking sources with higher commissions can demand nightly rates up to 25% higher than sites with lower commissions.

- We synchronize your listing rates, availability & minimum nights across applicable sources
- We provide a cleaning schedule for all bookings across all sources
- We provide a booking site for your own repeat guests with discount codes & collect credit card payment if applicable
- We collect credit card payments for your guest reservations: nightly rate, cleaning fees & refundable security deposits on applicable sources
- We collect credit card payments for parking or any other additional charges you need to collect from your guests
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit
- We collect payment in the local currency of your listing
- We pay the source commission on your behalf
- We payout your monthly revenues via PayPal or Bank Transfer where applicable
- We securely collect identification from your guests prior to arrival to allow the option of self check-in & prevent fraud
- We provide your guests with their own online portal to access reservation information, including check-in instructions, house rules, internet access and frequently asked questions about your property.
- We provide email and phone support for your guests billing and invoice questions
- We provide an online portal for you and your staff to manage all guest reservations from all sources in one place
Reporting & Insights
- We provide smart pricing recommendations for your listings to maximize profit (in applicable cities)
- We provide revenue reports and transaction history for all sources where we collect payment
